I did not request for new CBSA notes yet. But my eligibility status on my account is still “we are processing your..” hopeful some good news will come soon.
How did u know your status change? Did you call or get cbsa?

There are a bunch of factors, not only that:
- if you answered 'yes' to any statutory questions - expect delays
- if you have any outland dependants (accompanying or not) - delay
- if your secondary visa office is the slowest one - again, delays
- if your case is assigned to a slow agent who has issues with attendance on top of that - more delays
- hope not to stuck under security screening - delay for years
I dont know whether agent is slow or not. But many applications were picked up for November aor and some did not.
Many simple applications with AOR Sept & Oct still with just Criminality in progress and the rest haven't initiated, i.e. cases never been touched since MEP. This is a game of luck, random and waiting; no any type of queue or any processing deadlines/timeframes.

Called them this morning, they informed me that the Criminality check is passed and the application is currently in the Eligibility and Security check phase.

Have you seen any GU's since MEP/Bio? CPC Ottawa as a secondary office is extremely slow...
Unfortunately I have not. That was the main reason why I called them, I wanted to get some update.
Some in this thread already received decision with Ottawa their VO, so it can't be that slow.
Something is wrong there, no movements. November AOR's with other SVO's are getting portal emails now.
I am oct aor too. Last update was my criminality passed jan 3. And my eligibility was transferred from CIO to CPC Ottawa since dec 20 recommend passed and ready to finalize by the senior officer. My application due date based from cbsa notes is on feb 02. Will update you if I receive some updates
