I included medicals but not RCMP, They asked for medicals in the application but not RCMP.

I am probably getting ITA next week and I am wondering which documents I should prepare for CEC so I can submit my documents as soon as I receive the invitation

The list of documents depends of your profile, you can find some lists with most necessary documents on IRCC website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents.html for example.
But I would say that Police certificates is sometime long a tedious to get so I would go for these ones first.
You also need proof of work experience.
