Have you checked with IRCC recently? Mine was there too, but in recent reassignment of files to other VOs, my file has been reassigned to Edmonton. However, there's no other movement in my file except that. I enquired my status in early January and my MEP and BIO was passed on Nov 10. Criminality also passed somewhere in November or December. Eligibility still in progress. Security not started. The latest update I got was from an IRCC agent on Thursday last week.

It has been like that for almost a month now « April 18 to 24 ». They are either not updating these dates every Tuesday now, or they probably have large number of AORs between these dates.
