I am applying with an upfront new medical. One of my friends just got their CEC application approved with an old medical. My understanding is, it takes one month to pass medical and bio if you use a new medical and two months if you use an old medical. The overall timeline is unaffected.

I honestly wonder how many October AORs there are. The last CEC draw was on September 14th which is when I'm guessing most of us got our ITAs, and many of the ITAs for that date probably got their AOR during September. I really wish they were doing this LIFO style, last in first out!

AOR: October 1st

My AoR is actually 26th Sept.

There are two explanation to this... The email is being sent using a queueing system and ours has still not been processed. When they send ITA the same issue happens. Some people get ITA faster some slower.

Other is this is sent to only those who are being processed right now. I am more inclined to the first explaination.

A quick query, are you guys applying/applied using the old medical exam or did a new upfront medical check?

I applied with my old medical that I did when I applied for my WP. I'm gonna wait & see if it works, if not then they will let me know & I'll let you know.
