It usually takes 3-4 months for PPR. Can take up to 6 months maximum. Do not expect PPR till March 12th. Submit all required documents in time.

Out if curiosity (and boredom of waiting), what's the process like? PPR --> CoPR? Or did I skip steps? And how much time does it take to go from PPR to Copr?

Also, can you get PPR and then get denied CoPR?

It took 56 days for me to get the medical cleared as I had to undergo TB test recommended by IRCC. Does the 6 months time is valid from AOR or from medical passed date?
When can we expect the PPR?

AOR: 18th October 2018
Medical Passed: 13th December 2018.

6 months time is valid from the date of AOR generally. What does your CIC account say? The date must be mentioned there.

I think there are very very few applicants who have received PPR from Oct AOR. From what I have seen CEC Inland generally takes 3-5 months, rest all take up to 6 months. Processing times vary. Some applicants receive it sooner than later, some receive late.

I think there are very very few applicants who have received PPR from Oct AOR. From what I have seen CEC Inland generally takes 3-5 months, rest all take up to 6 months. Processing times vary. Some applicants receive it sooner than later, some receive late.

A lot of CEC Inland since June 2018 has surpassed 6 months for sure. I think right now the lucky FSW have the right occupations are getting approved like fireworks on Canada Day. Maybe that’s what the previous threads were talking about.

FSW Outland with 3-4 dependents are getting PPRs quickly. There are cases for CEC which are taking longer as well. Some get sooner, some get later.

If you get PR approval before you get your BOWP, you can get a refund for the BOWP fee too, so nothing to lose

do we get refund for SOWP if PR approved before it.
