I think so i have seen some others posts this can be two possibilities either the background check is done or it has not started yet, someone told me they are processing cec applicants in two months but no one can surely say that. And was your status for background check not applicable was there from the start or it just changed recently.

Nothing changed recently. I have got the same status since I submitted my documents. Like I said before, showing not applicable from the start means they have not started looking at our applications at this point.

I received my ITA on October 3rd for Canadian Experience class category. I did my medical on Oct 20th and submit all my documents on Oct. 25th.
After submission of my application, I've realized that in the travel history I didn't only put my travel history but also I put my parents' travel history as well. I know I was not supposed to put their travel history because I've no dependents. Is there a way I can fix it? Do you guys think that would be an issue?
Also, I've given two weeks notice to my current employer as I will be starting a new job on Nov. 20th. In that case, do I need to inform CIC? If yes, then how do I do that?

Still on IP1, I believe your medical should be updated between this Friday and Monday! cos the trend as been 1 month now!

Yesterday at 22:00 (Nov13th) got an email from IRCC about COPR, my application is still not updated, no messages (got a ghost update couple of days ago).
1. Could you please advise, will my account be updated later on ?
2. Also, how long it takes for COPR to be stamped (have to move to other province in 15 days), don't know what address to give ?
3. They asked to fill up Annex 1, however, there is no actual file attached to the email, it is just inside the email, is it normal or I should get same Annex 1 in my account later on ?

Congratulations!!! Don't worry about the account, it's common that the account gets updated later. You have the golden email that is what that matters.
Hey mate, Congrats. It is my understanding that the online account doesn't always update straight away. If you are in Canada, you should be able to get your passport back pretty fast. If you are changing address, make sure CIC knows about it. I think the PPR email details how to contact them about change in address. I don't know about Annex-1, I would call them if I were you.
Can you tell me what the gap was between ghost update and PPR?
Thanks, I managed to extract Annex 1, so all good. I just checked, I got ghost update on Nov 8th.
Just wondering, I can also put my friend's address, it doesn't have to be my own, right ?

Reg the address - You mean after you’ve moved provinces? Are you going to reside with your friend? If yes, I don’t think it’ll be a problem if you give your friends address.
The thing is I am still going to search for a place to live, so in a meantime, I was hoping to leave my friends address, i guess it shouldn't be a problem

Cause your PPR was the fastest i've seen in this group.
Yeah, basically it has been a lit bit more than a month, I am still a bit skeptical about this, although I sent my passports as required.
Also, I almost didn't follow and checked my status, like those IP1, IP2, no idea how to determine it.
As I understand, after I receive my passport with stamp I just need to cross the border and get it validated
