Hey guys - I am in desperate need of your advice

I was so ecstatic with PPR that I accidentally sent my passport to the 'wrong' address in Ottawa. The PPR E-mail says that if one has a mailing address in Canada (which is my case) he should send the package via Canada Post to:

CPC – Ottawa – PR
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

However, I sent my package via Canada Post to the address recommended to the ones who have a mailing address in the US:

CPC – Ottawa – PR
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

Has anyone been through this? Does it make a difference? Should I try to track my package and resend to the recommended address?

Oh my god !! Me too just noticed that I sent it like as you did because on the second email they said if you have any address in Canada sent the passport to 365 laurir st, so I did it, also Canada post guy asked me to fill just my mailing address in the return envelop too, so I did that , I am worrying now,

Received ready for Visa Email today and sent my Passport to CIC. I just realized my multiple entry Visa has expired. So when I receive my Passport after stamping and when I have to Port of Entry to get my PR done will I need to apply for Multiple Entry Visa or will they Stamp my passport with Visa? I know this is a very Dumb question but better to ask you guys than figuring out myself.

I received PPR this morning around 9 AM, I sent my passport in the afternoon. I am Oct-10th applicant. AOR Feb-12th. Man i have waited very long for this day. I am sure your PPR is on its way as well. I pass my good and positive vibes to the fellow applicants who are waiting for PPR and i wish good luck to them. Dont worry your turn is around the corner.

i am an october applicant as well. just recently my status online change to 'decision made' but i have not received any request for passport.

can anyone tell me whether passport request come in email or mail?

i have been corresponding with cic through email lately.

also how long is the approximate wait time after decision made shows up before i get a request?

did anyone get rejection letter through email or mail?

How long after decision made (received Dec 6) does one get copr from a visa exempt country? Also is it via mail or e-mail?

Guys I am a Permanent Resident of Canada!! What a journey. I just want to take a minute to thank all of you for standing along side and helping with all the questions.

I would like to share some information with fellow candidates waiting for PPR or COPR.
I received Passport request (RFV: Ready for Visa email) on December 9th -2016, Passport was sent with other requested document via Xpress Post to the address mentioned in the email the very same day.

I received my passoport back in 10 days i.e., Dec-19th-2016 with COPR letter, Passport with Visa stamp. I went to Rainbow bridge Niagara falls the same day to do Port of Entry for finishing up with my PR the same day around midnight. It literally took me 5-7 mins to get done with everything and now All i have to do is wait for my PR Card to receive in the mail which will take 2 months. If you guys have any questions you can always post it in here and i will be glad to be of any help.

I will be staying active for few more weeks until i receive my PR Card.

congratulation! I'm waiting for my passport n copr coming back too wanna ask did they asking you another photos? ( should I prepare for that and what about statement bank) or something els thank you enjoy the moment ;D ;D

No! Once you provide them with new photo when you send your Passport for stamping you dont need any thing else after that. When did you send your passport? It should not take more than 2 weeks from what i understand the pace of CIC at the moment.
