I guess I am the only one waiting for RPRF, my work permit will expire in July, ME submitted on Apr 20, haven't hear anything back, should I start panic? What should I do? :'( :'( :'(

I'd pay RPRF today. Its refundable anyways. Why wait? I have seen many people who got ppr directly once they have paid RPRF up front.

I don't know, my agent doesn't recommend to do that. But how to pay it upfront, could you please help? Thank you

I thought they would send a lot of PPR today as last Friday. Looks like I am totally wrong. Now I am guessing the working time for old CEC is only the first week of every month.

Then they will change the processing time into 21 months. If I remember correctly, the processing time was changed from 19 months to 20 months this week. So the waiting is endless. :'(

yeah. Looks like ALL WE WANT WITH THIS LIFE IS ONE PASSPORT REQUEST EMAIL NOW. :P :P :P :P

CEC application

Cons: There is a possibility that u can loose 2 years of your life thinking when this wait will end.

Pros:
1. Can teach you how to smile even u r so frustrated.
2. Free anger management course cuz you cant email them your actual feelings.
3. Can really teach you meanings of PATIENCE

LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST

4. AFTER PPR YOU CAN STILL CONTINUE TO PAY HIGE TAX

I have done the landing today at Douglas Peach Arch border. I have waited for 2.5 hours to get into the US border due to long queue inside the immigration building. After a quick lunch I headed back to Canada and I found that it's amazingly fast! It took only 20 minutes for the whole landing process including waiting time. I only brought my passport, work permit, COPR letter with me. The officer was friendly. He congrats me to become a PR.
Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions in this forum. I LOVE Canada! All the best!
