I haven't received any emails as yet from CIC regarding what the decision is :-X.

If you are from a visa exempt country you won't receive an email
You will receive the CoPR in your mail

Post seeing everyone's PPR, i am happy for all but sad for my self ..

22nd oct :- Still showing in process despite medical were done long back and RPRF paid on 5th march 2016

Hopefully, it should come soon as the desperation to achieve this task is getting increased day by day

Please can any one who has experienced in asking for alternative passport request instructions for other countries let me know the wait time. I got to know it is like 2-3 weeks from other sources. Please let us know if you have exp. otherwise.

You sent an xpresspost envelope that comes with tracking number
Keep checking this number on canadapost website
when you see it activated you know they sent your passport back

it should not take much time..i am in canada and my family is in India, i have sent an email to CIC asking for the another email to submit the document in India, with in 2 days, i got the reply back..it should come any time...
