CEC October 2014 Applicants

I need help to extend my open work permit.
1) To apply for open work permit do we need any proof that we have currently full time job?
2) What are the other documents they ask apart from Passport and current open work permit?

I don't have any full time job at this moment and the place where i work is diffenert then what I had applied Under CEC. My current employer is not helpful in such immigration things so i am scared now whether I have to get a letter from him or not.

I just confirmed with an agent this morning that CIC sent a COPR letter on 27.April.2016

My time line is:

Received application on October 9, 2014.
Correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 12, 2015.
Upfront Med, RPRF on Mar 28, 2016.
No any additional documents requested.
Decision Made on ECAS on Apr.25.2016
Sent COPR letter on Apr.27.2016

I'm now waiting for COPR being in my mail box. I hope to see it in it sometime today.

If it's any consolation, I'm Oct 3 and did my medicals on March 17 as requested, and nothing for me either. And you'll see there are lots of us in agony here... hang in there! Nothing wrong with your application in particular. CIC is weird.

are we completing 19 months by end of May...hope CIC wont change it to 20 months..

In my last set of notes, the RFV check has a due date of May 8, so assuming they'll stick to the due date, I think they'll try to wrap up our apps this month.

but my notes said due date was April 4, 2016

Nope, everything is set to passed and the RFV check is the final review all apps go through. I haven't received any requests related to documents (the only communication I've had from CIC is the AOR and MR)

My notes prior to my MR on March 12 had April 4 as the due date. My notes after that date and before my current set had due date blank, and in my last set, an officer reviewed the app on April 9, set everything to passed, and put the May 8 due date for RFV check and assigned it to him/herself.
