So it means PR application is pending because 9f the work permit not been issued? Wow, they really need the money I guess
I don't know this note could be because that I am on PGWP and this is my first wp extension.

Maybe you're right heroforest. But at this point of time I really do not care about work permit money.
I hope that note means something and I get RPRF and then PPR soon... wait is killing me.

I also think work permit extension is related to the PR Application status somehow.
I received my work permit in the mail yesterday and they have mentioned APR pending on the work permit. APR means Application for Permanent Residence.
It's like Remarks: APR pending

When did you apply for your work permit?

I just wanted to add to the list:

Applied: Oct 17th
AOR: Feb 18th
Request for Medical: March 31st
Medical done: April 7th

I'm wondering how much of a wait I am in for now I have paid the RFPR.

AOR: Feb 18th
Request for Medical: April 7th
Medical done: April 8th
RFPR: April 19th (paid)

I think upfront RPRF doesn't count. I guess the 10 days he mentioned should start by the time CIC offically request the RPRF. Now CIC is asking for RPRF for all applicants submitted on early October 2014. So I think we can expect PPR in this Thursday for those applicants

Bt the person he referred to is an October 17th applicant and I am a October 10th applicant. That individual was called for medical the end of March I was called on March 18th, did it March 21st. So for everything I am ahead of that individual and I am still waiting. So i guess im just saying I am very doubtful of ten days.

Guys,

Please help !!!!

I am Oct 20th Applicant received medical but due to my wife pregnancy we have submitted all medical except her Chest X-Ray with Pregnancy Deferral letter to CIC on 7th April.

Today on 19th April I have received RPRF mail and paid that too.

Does RPRF and medical related ? Does this mean they can still send the passport request with half completed medical ? Is there any chance of getting the PR before her delivery ?

Ten days is very optimistic. I received my COPR over three weeks after paying (requested) RPRF.

Decision made in ecas or the COPR in your mail, though not necessarily in that order.

Thanks.
(I'm OCT 21st applicant, still nothing.)
