what is the 5th line? thanks

As usual. But today that one was that they sent me correspondence receipt, something like that. I didn't had that one

Hi guys,

yesterday I finally landing at the AB and Montana boarder.
The landing cost me over 2 hours, although there were few people in front of me.
The officer told me that they usually cancel 1 out of 6/7 immigrant' PR if one is doing flag poling landing.
It seems that I were a person committing a crime >:( >:(, but finally landed, no congratulations...
They strongly asked everybody to land at the Canada Place rather than at the US_Canada boarder.

What ? How? Can they actually deny and reject a new PR at the bord? First time heard that. Processing the landing for new comer is their Job. I think they just try to scare you. That's discrimination. You should take down his employee ID and report this misbehaviour. They keep us waiting almost 20 months and then they reject our PR at the last step. For God sake I will sue them, if that happens

They were saying "you guys have already been waiting for 2 years, then why you are in a hurry to land? They wanna most of us who are already in Canada landing at the Canada Place (waiting for up to 4 months)".

By the way, what is Canada place ? Is it "inland" landing ? Instead of this risk, why can't one fly to Mexico/US/UK and get back into Canada OR is there a rule that one should fly back "only" from home country ?

I paid upfront two weeks ago ...so still waiting

I paid my RPRF upfront in March 2015. Received my notes from March 29 earlier this week, and everything looks good and suggests my file is just awaiting finalization.

If I were you, I would not worry about line 2 & 3. Lots of people get it.
Pay more attentions to line 6 and send whatever info CIC requests asap.
Good luck.

The instruction in the COPR letter clearly says we should call CIC to make an appointment for inland landing.
If not able to make an appointment, one should go to the boarder.

Yuppie!!!!
Just got my passport request.
