So, CIC is in silent mode today, again ? :'(

I'm thinking of contacting my local MP. I have question : Should I call my local MP or explain my case in an email ?
and how much details MP would need to enquire about my application ?

Re: Help!!

I have not been requested to get an RCMP check. Or do you mean to see if immigration did it themselves? No I haven't but im not too worried.

Hey

I went to see my local MP too. He mentioned everything is looking fine and they are working on my background check, I just need to wait.
Have you called the RCMP office to find out if your police clearance was done or not? If you or anybody else did can anybody inform me what is the process? Do I just call the number and inquire if my RCMP was sent to CIC or not (by giving my application/client ID number)???

Lol.
yea that's best to be safe, as quite a few people got rprf yesterday.
you will see a line in ecas soon (we sent you correspondence...) if they did actually send it to you.
they should link it to your application in a few days but you need to email the receipt to this email:

cpco-cost-recovery.ctdo-recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

Thank you. I had no idea I had to do that

You can call on 6139937267 and tell them your last name and DOB. They will tell you when they have finished your report and which address they have sent your report

Thank you very much for the info. I will do that today.

Hi there, do you know when your doctor submit your e-medical results to CIC?

we did ours on March 23, and still not showed "Medical Received" on ECAS.

Do you think we need to contact CIC to ask?

Hi everyone. Needed some help. I got an RCMP request from CIC. They requested for it last year on March 30 as well and it was done. Called in to CIC and the agent said it will be better to just do it again ir i can email CIC. What will be the best way to deal with this situation?

So I got my BOWP approved yesterday. Does it make any difference for PR process? Meaning they approved it coz they know my PR process is approved as well?

One of my friend told me that they received the PPR and then they got their work permit approved so CIC wont have to return the money for the work permit.

I dont know just trying to see some light from somewhere lol

I have done Medical at Kitchener. Doctor submitted the medical report immediately within 3 days through their Immigration eMedical system.

It will take approximately 15 working days to reflect in eCAS.

Do it asap. CIC has requested RCMP checks again to many other applicants too (whom RCMP has expired).
It's a good thing that they are looking into your application.

Call the doctor and ask them if they have sent your medicals. If you call CIC the chances are very less if they will check your file.
