I'm trying to call them. Doesn't work... :(

Relax!!! I believe in case of a rejection they shoot a email much before Ecas is update with decision made. Be faithful... You should get the COPR is email.

Congrats to all my fellow Friends who have received PPR and DM status in their ECAS ! Good days have started to come for us !!!

All - the 2nd line seem to have been added in my ECAS today (which i am sure they are referring to the correspondence on AOR last year). Does it really mean anything ?

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on October 2, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 9, 2015
We started processing your application on February 9, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

The lady refuses to tell me if the answer is positive or not. Being from a visa exempt country kind of sucks! And I paid RPRF upfront so there's no way for me to know. I'll have to wait, and this weekend will seem super long!

Relax I guess, if there was something wrong with your application it would have been returned or rejected way earlier so don't worry and prepare to celebrate soon hopefully best of luck it is a matter of couple of days until you receive an email or a letter by mail :D

Hi, All.

I am a Oct 6 applicant and did a upfront Me in 2015 Nov. Can someone guide me how to order GCMS Notes?

Under the department section, I cannot find CIC anymore. I can only see Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada instead.

Under the last section. I remember that I used have to choose Privacy Act & Case Files & Notes in Electronic File. However, I cannot find those section anymore. It only asked what category that best describe you? Should I choose Member of Public ?

Thank you Very Much!

Here are the steps :
1. Visit https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
2. Scroll down and check the box "I have read, understood and agree with the above Privacy Notice." and Submit.
3. Select CIC from the drop down. (first field)
4. Select Individual/Corportation present in Canada (Second drop down)
5. Fill in your details (Self explanatory)
6. Select Member of public for "Select the category that best describes you"
7. select "E-mail" for "How would you prefer to receive the requested records" ( choose the mode you are comfortable with)
8. Continue to next page.
9. You dont need to attach any additional documents, unless you want to prove something.
10. Select Privacy Act in next page
11. Submit the final request. Once you submitted the request, wait for one month

Hi All,

Today I checked my ECAS, it is updated with three lines. One of them is "we sent you correspondence on May 13, 2015,....." However, I did not receive anything on that day, which made me a little bit nervous. I got a documents request email two days ago.

Has anyone have the similar experience?

The same happened to me yesterday. And today it's showing "decision made", so I'm really really nervous. I'm from a visa exempt country...
But on my GCSM notes I received a few weeks ago there was no trace of this correspondence...
