My BOWP was refused today. I am waiting for the letter to see the reasons. I also have my existing WP valid until October 2015, so that could be the reason.

When did you submit your application for BOWP, sportas?

Closed. And I read the refusal letter. The relationship with my employer went downhill and I think they revoked my WP. I have to find out.

You don't need a no objection letter from your employer if you applied under the cec program, the no objection letter is only for PNP applicants to extend their visa. the reason is because your visa has to expire within 4 months. if more than that it will be rejected for sure. check the requirements :>

If you are on a closed WP, you will have to submit a 'NO OBJECTION LETTER' from your employer to get your closed WP converted to an OPEN one!!

My employer would not do that. They lowered my wages since I got WP. It is not what we agreed. They forced me to work out LMIA fee and did not pay on time. I was traveling 5 hours to work and back, walked 1.5 hours per day on -25C, worked 8-10 hours per day and had no money to put the car on the road as needed repairs and the insurance (expansive in Ontario). I took 2-3 weeks off, to reconsider my situation, giving them the notice as per agreement. I emailed them that they should notify me if there is urgent need for me to go back to work. I arranged my friends to work tree part time so they meet deadlines.
Eventually I got email that I left my job and now considered not needed as they hired other people. They reported me for unauthorized work in Canada.
I still have no idea what in fact they reported.

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."



Do you or anyone else can suggest what I should do next?

Hi, No i didnt recive my bowp yet.. im forced to leave Canada cuz im without work and no money left to support myself anymore i was too long without job...im going home and then ill come bak when my paperwork comes..i hope they will not turn me off!

Yes, online. However, I will see the lawyer regarding my situation and soon when I have more information, I will update you. Hope nobody will get into this kind of situation, guys.

According to CIC website they are checking
application received as of March 14 is Jan 18 2015..

I've received my AOR but I'm having trouble viewing my application on ECAS. The error message reads "We were not able to identify you".I've tried using my UCI, Application No and every possible combination I could think of but it's still not showing up. I've emailed CIC but they didn't reply me.

Is anyone facing similar issues? Would CIC email us if they require additional docs or is everything through ECAS now?

Appreciate any inputs on this. Thanks!

Hi All,
My file was received on 21st October 2014 at CIC. I applied under NOC 2233.
Till date....
1. I haven't received any e-mail from them
2. Nor my application shows if it is in process.
3. They haven't sent it back either.
4. I could not find if my DD has been encashed or not. ( I think it must not have been)

I don't know what is going on ??? ???
Atleast they should send it back, so that I can get back my DD. :'(
