Does this massage from CIC mean AOR :
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Canadian Experience Class.

Upon review of the information you have provided, your application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
I applied in October , My card was charged in January and I received long massage from them 4 days ago , and if it does mean AOR , Can I apply now for open work permit for me and my husband , my work permit still valid until the next August but my husband still live outside Canada without any kind of Canadian visa. Is it possible ?
