thanks darky. How can you make this sheet sharing, I am not able to update my details on there.

gaganpal_2007 is right. I just looked at the July and August 2014 applicants forum and the July folks just got their AOR today and August(ers) have to wait .

Looks like we have to wait till December for ours to arrive :-)

flair - i did some digging on your question , you are right . I don't believe w/o your AOR you can apply for a bridging work permit, unless there is caveat somewhere which I'm not aware of

Determining if a Positive Eligibility Decision has been made :
CEC: the “Eligibility CEC” decision has been set to “Passed” or the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter/e-mail has been sent from CIO.

@ kamatmahesh It should be good now. Changed the permissions on the google document.

Hello Everyone,
I just need an advice... I meet all requirements to apply by CEC except by my IELTS score. According with my NOC I need 6.0 at all skills, but I jus got 5.5 at listening, 6.0 at reading, 7.0 at writing and 5.5 at speaking... I am not sure whether I should apply or not... What do you recommended me????....
Anyone knows what changes EXPRESS ENTRY brings???

I don't know if it is better for me wait for the next year and apply on under the EXPRESS ENTRY...

I need advice... Thanks a lot!

Thanks Kamatmahesh. I thought so too. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for now.

Darky07, I've updated my status on your spreadsheet too. I realized we're both applying for NOC 5241. Let's hope we both get in, it's a tight spot!

here we go :

:D

@ flair haha yes I saw that. I hope we get it in on time. But why do you have the visa office as Sydney. Shouldn't it be be CPC-Ottawa?

When I was reading te instructions guide. It said that if you're applying from witching Canada then that field doesn't apply to you. I left it plank in my application.
I hope I didn't screw up on that one.

@ alyahmed

Question 4: indicate "Case Processing Centre – Ottawa" as the immigration office requested for the processing of your application.

But then It also says:

Note: If you are applying from within Canada or being sponsored from within Canada, this question does not apply to you. Go to Question 5.

That is what's in the Instruction guide.

Hopefully someone else can answer to this too.

You need to take IELTS again and achieve a higher score. There's no point applying with the score you have now - you'll definitely be refused. Don't expect IELTS score requirements to go down with Express Entry. Again, you need to take IELTS again and get a higher score.

Hey Darky & ALyahmed: Whoops! Yes I indicated my visa office as CPC - Ottawa (I've amended the spreadsheet). It's ok to leave that field blank too because as long as you're in Canada, your application will be processed in Ottawa. At least that's what I understand from this thread:

Can you tell your NOC code and Category ?? O , A OR B ??

for the Case Processing Center - I wrote CPC-Missisauga as I'm based in Toronto, and as others have said you can leave it blank.

I consulted this with a friend of mine who got his PR recently and he advised to add / Any suitable office, so on my application it looks like

CPC-Missisauga/Any Suitable Office. But you are right, you can leave it blank as well

Thanks - I have updated the spreadsheet with my details. Appreciate the effort to create the spreadsheet ! :)

hello guyz..
need some help!!!!!!
I am working as a food service manager.(0631).
i worked 1st september 2013 to 30th november 2013 at one restaurant as a assistant manager in ontario.
Then i went to my back home for two months.
i joined another restaurant (of the same owner) from 1 st february and i am still working there as a manager.
So it will be 1 year in the end of october if i substitute my bac home tour.
so can i apply under cec in the mid november even if i worked in the two different stores?
And is it possible that 8000 caps might be full till the mid november..
Please advise.
thank you

hi sanjupatel1989, I believe you can work for any number of jobs as long as you complete 1 year in full time or equivalent part time working hours to be eligible to apply under CEC.

Also, pls note that this forum thread is only for applicants who have made a complete application for PR in Oct 2014, kindly post your question in some other relevant group as it is not really relevant here and your chances of getting an appropriate reply are better in that group.

thanks for understanding. Good luck !
