I got my AOR today. I mailed the application on October 1.

Can you, please, post the email address you received the AOR from? My gmail is acting stupid, sending some important emails into Spam folder and makes me paranoid. Thanks!

Hi Guys

I received an invitation just right now to apply under EE, (7:42 pm Alberta time) I am supposed to get my AOR within the next 2 weeks. I don't know what to do. should I just stick with the old method or apply under EE and lose $1100. please advice. my score was 985.

did you received invitation?

mmm. I only applied under EE because everyone was saying apply just in case. and now that I received the invitation, I'm about to cancel my old application and start a new one for EE because of the processing time. when you think about it 6 or less or 13 months or more hmm?? but then I think apply again and lose 1100 dollars.

If I were on your place and submitted my paper application in October after 10 and before 20 then I would wait for AOR and the same time I would have completed application under EE but not submit until 5-10 days left in submission in case there were no AOR for the paper application.
But its your call

so looks like I have a problem with reading because I cannot find any info on that website about todays draw.

i got 600 points for just having a job. my manager wants me to stay. I am currently working. I do not have a new LMIA. I have an LMO when I applied a year and a half ago. I guess what I will do is wait for a couple of weeks and if I don't get an AOR I will just do the EE. money comes and goes. I don't want to lose my current job
