i guess the rest of us is waiting for applications return and is not for AOR.. ???

September folks are still getting AOR, so assuming that CIC is still processing their applications. It might take time to realize whether our applications will be approved or returned. Under which job code you applied, probably that might have reached the upper limit for the year 2014. Lets dont speculate and wait to see the trend.

Stop yapping please, just wait if someone gets application back without any reason and than start to be worry. Now you just stress others unnecessarily.

by the way someones bank draft was cashed and his/her application was received by CIC on Oct 27. So just wait patiently for your turn.

Did any one living in Canada receive, returned applications (for any reason) from CIC ? If so, what's the date your application reached Sydney.

I think the person who said their draft was cashed having applied on October 27th was mistaken: cc's are not being charged at that date yet and the drafts are usually encashed later than cc's. Having said that, I still think all October applicants will still be fine, CEC are just being incredibly slow

I guess the reason for applciation being sent back is for payment rejection if i remember correctly. I read his post in that way, even in spread sheet also same is updated

the spread sheet - the info of yycsilverback says application received Oct 27
AND ON JANUARY 15 HE POSTED:
"Just checked with my bank today, said they can't see the payment in their system anymore. Seems it has been cashed since there is no option to cancel it anymore (there was before), I didn't have a copy of my bank draft so they couldn't check. Payment was put in on the October 23rd, application received on 27th.
Looks like a bit over 2 months for them to charge you, taking holidays into consideration."

For me it looks like the draft was cashed!!!!!

" On December 3, 2014, CIC confirmed 4,537 of 8,000 applications were received. As of November 21, 2014, CIC advised stakeholders that there were approximately 13,000 unopened applications at the Centralized Intake Office – Sydney. If 3,473 of those applications are CEC applications, then the quota is effectively full and applicants will have to make use of Express Entry. "

I don't know what might happen until they start processing December 2014 applicantions but it sounds pretty unlikely for them to process 3,473 applications in a period 60 days ( how we wish, they were that fast!! ).
