This is positive news...can you please check with your friend which bank it was and what did he or she said to the teller...as I went to the Scotia Bank today and they were somewhat confused on my request...Even the supervisor could not confirm with confidence if my DD has been encashed or not....then finally when they tried for half an hour they ultimately said that my DD has not been encashed but I have a doubt if they were really able to see that....

Same here ABS, my wife checked it with the bank day before yesterday and they said it hasn't been charged. My application was received on the 14th of October same as you.. TD bank draft..
Will check it again today..

I just checked the website. It's kind of tempting to apply under EE and see how it goes.

It is a TD bank draft. We work for the company so she checked it herself. It has been cashed out. There is definitely a way to see it, not sure about Scotia but for those who have TD drafts, just call Easyline or walk into the branch with your draft number. Tellers can see it, does not require supervisor.
