Hi,
just visit the bank which issued your bank draft and ask there. You can also try to call but an operator usually doesn't have this info.

I went to bank today and they told me that the bank draft is not outstanding. It means it has been cashed.

However, they did not had any information as who cashed the draft and what date it was draft. Kind of strange to me. Is it normal?

I had the same situation, application reached on 02 Oct 14 and Bank Draft.. got the same reply from my Bank.. Guys here confirmed that it has been encashed else the Teller should be able to see the outstanding amount.. Relax Gaganpal.. We shud be good for now 8)
