The last recorded BIL for CEC was November 8. Maybe there’s a lot of backlog from the September 19th CEC draw of 4,000 ITAs.

Mine is not sent yet and I’m 14th November. I only got an update and when I checked, it was my old biometrics that was added and the CAN on the UCI removed. Nothing else since 19th of December.
