congrats, are you able to create tracker? what is your eligibility and background status?

Hi All,

CEC inland applicant, AOR 17th November, waiting for BIL.

My application is being handled by the company lawyers, and they mentioned that they paid the fee for biometrics in December.

What are the important updates which I should keep track of on the application and ask the lawyers. They usually share the screenshot of the application status when I ask for an update.

Yes, I was able to create the tracker. It seems I will be getting BIL even though I had provided biometrics in 2022. Currently Biometrics and Background check are showing as in progress on the tracker.

what about your eligibility? i'm curious what it's show on your's?

Nothing at my end, it has been quiet.

Same here. Looking at immitracker and the CEC from October and September, it looks like most people get the BIL between 2 months and a half and 3 months after AOR. After getting BIL, it seems to go fast though.

On immitracker nearly all updates for the last 2 weeks are related to FSW or PNP. Even the AORs from mid-December get updated.

Looks like they slowed down CEC processing :(
