the old ID's they used years back don't work anymore

I'm really not sure how to contact these VOs. All of them ignore Webforms and Telephone agents don't follow our instructions, I have seen a very rude and arrogant one, all ask us to wait.

I didn't find any RR in the notes I received. The VO is Edmonton.

July 26 all tracker fields turn to completed and the Summary of documents status shows doc number and expire date for COPR.
July 26 portal, last update: Final decision - July 25, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made
