As per the GCMS Notes I got back in May, my PRIMARY VO was : MONTREAL and Secondary was VANCOUVER.
But the portal email 1, it was from ETOBICOKE office.

Yeah they give the Portal / Pr Confirmation process to a different VO. Mine was Etobicoke and Edmonton, but the Portal confirmation stuff is getting done by Calgary (I'm assuming because it's the closest geographical location to where I live - could be wrong). I'm still waiting for my eCOPR, so was curious. Etobicoke PR Confirmation Team seem to work alot faster than some of the others.
Yeah, I also think the PORTAL Email VO is given to the closest office to the Applicant's location. Since I am very close to ETOBICOKE, it was assigned to ETOBICOKE VO. ...anyway...all the best. hope you get it soon...if not just email them in the email address they provided in the Portal 1 email.

Congratulations. can i know when we order cbsa notes will the notes be latest to the date we receive or to the date we order? I am still waiting for my notes and might take another 10-15 days. so wanted to know how latest notes will be?

It took me 1 month. However the first one got created on the 26th of May, and I had big update on the 28th and they sent it to me June 2nd. I emailed asking if they could resend and they did within 3 weeks.

Completely frustrated!!
It said Final decision : May 28th on GCKEY and Eligibility got completed.
After sending an email myself to the portal team and creating an account on the portal website, got the picture/address in the portal.
Long wait coming to an end.

That's great. Congrats. I am waiting for Portal Email since June 9th. COPR is generated in Tracker but haven't received any email. Could you please help me by sharing how you got email address of portal team?

Yah, MP office has reached out to IRCC and asked me to wait for one more month. So, the wait continues with the same status.
