That's weird! Are you able to see the expiring date on the tracker?

Yes I am able to see both of the expiration dates of our old medicals. We took them in December 2020 and the expiration date was in January 2022 on tracker.

Maybe thats the reason they requested medicals. My medical expiry in tracker is March 2024 unlike yours which is 2022

Just finished the call with an agent. She said the processing officer requested us to do re-medical but did not provide a reason. She confirmed that we had provided old medicals and they are on file. She did not know why they requested the re-medical as the agents cannot see those on their side. She suggested me to either just go for a new medical or send a webform to dispute this re-medical. I've just sent a webform because re-medical will cost $600 for both of us and we are broke.
