Both still show not started as of this morning.
Tracker got updated to "Background Completed" after the portal email.

I see. In my case the the tracker is showing everything completed as of March 13. I just pray for me and all in similar situation like me that our files do not get declined lol.

Some late Oct AORs getting response from NS SVO so maybe early Novs will hear soon. They seem to give portals without any updates

There is a thread with Security not started having these two VO's and AOR way earlier than above. So we know where is everything extremely slow.

From what I've seen recently always 2nd GU happens before approval BGC going back from 'in progress' to 'we are processing'.
