Guys! Just got connected to the IRCC agent after a 40 mins wait, and he seemed to be very annoyed with me asking about the status of my application. Then he said he would put me on a quick hold, and a few seconds later I was disconnected :) Now calling again, and already they are not able to connect me to an agent. Idk what's the reason for him to be annoyed and mean since it's his job to provide information at IRCC call center. I am confused.

Hi, what number did you try? Everytime I call, they just disconnect without ever connecting me to an agent. all agents are busy. disconnect

So I have finally been connected to an agent, first time calling, and this is what I've got:

AOR: Nov 25
Medical: Passed
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Completed
Security: In Progress

PVO: Sydney
SVO: Ottawa
any ghost updates previously? when did eligibility pass?

AOR: Nov 25
BG: "In Progress" in tracker since Feb 28, 2 GUs - 1 (Jan 30) from "We are processing" to "We will let you know when we start processing", 2 (Feb 28) - from "We will let you know when we start processing" to "We are processing".
Eligibility: Completed
Bio: Completed
Medical: Completed

There was also 1 more GU on Feb 24 in between BG GUs for medical.

Eligibility had already been completed when I checked the tracker for the first time on Jan 30.

I don't see anyone with Sydney as a PVO, and Ottawa as SVO. Usually those are reversed.

Since you paid $1,300 for their service they shouldn't be annoyed at all - it's your right to be informed about a service you paid for.
