Hi, I am not able to access my application on tracker. It shows an error. AOR - Nov 12
Med passed- dec 8 , no update since then and not being able to access tracker. Anyone with any advise?

Hi, does someone have experience on how long the eligibility can change from “in progress” on the tracker to “completed”?

My eligibility shows “in progress” since Feb 21. No GU captured so far. AOR Nov 27, VO CPC Ottawa (SVO Sydney). Before Feb 21, nothing on the file since R10, background not started on the tracker.

Just want to know if anyone captured this “in progress” to “completed” and how long does it take, and does it mean “recommended pass” for “in progress”.

If you have a spouse in the same file, then you can make an account of her/him. It worked for me.

Looks like you entered the wrong option. I never called them before, the number I dialed is +1 (888) 242-2100, listen carefully for the options, one of them is “if you have submitted or sponsored your…” it is confusing but that’s the one. Input your UCI, year of birth etc., select “check your application status” listen through those information which is the same as in your account, then press 0 for agent. They will tell you the wait time and then you can leave a Canadian phone number for them to call you back.

Yes, it seems like it. I called +1 (888) 242-2100 too, and for some reason, I landed to the wrong line haha.

I tried again today, follow the prompts but only heard the generic information (which is the same as in my CIC portal)

Then I tried a different method (advised by some other people) by calling that number +1 (888) 242-2100 and then put in 2-1-2-0 in sequence. 2 times but didn't work.

When did you call them? Someone told me to call them around 8 AM EST. I called them around 9 EST today.

It's very fast! My "Eligibility" shows "In Progress" for more than a week now and I'm still anxiously waiting haha.

I read from this thread that "In Progress" doesn't always means "Recommend Pass". One person has the "In Progress" indicator, but on their GCSM note, it is noted with "Review Require" or something similar to it.

My tracker eligibility has been in progress since 2/14.

Got Portal Email today!

Things really moved in the last 3 days. Eligibility moved to In Progress on Tuesday. Got a GU yesterday and Portal email today.

Eligibility in Tracker still In Progress and Background is still Not started.

Folks still waiting, things can change in a couple of days. Hope everyone gets their portal email soon!
