Hello everyone,
I noticed that some applications were moved from Vancouver to Kitchener and I didn't find any information about Kitchener VO, I created a WhatsApp group for who have Kitchener as VO so let's share our timelines and any feedback/news about this VO

Eligibility not started
Backgroundcheck : Completed
Medical exams : Completed
Biometric : Completed
Number of dependants : 2
Old VO : Vancouver
New VO : Kitchener

I have the same AOR and Background check date!

Now on the tracker, it said Eligibility: In Progress" and a few days ago, it was "Not Started". I think I will call IRCC this week to see if I can get more info on my application!

Info Sharing: Still In Progress( This has been in progress for over 2 months now. Maybe because I have lived in 3 countries in over the past 10 years with multiple addresses)
Eligibility: Is now In Progress (Huge relief that there is some movement here)
Security: Not Started

PVO: Ottawa CPC
SVO: CIO

My IRCC tracker is not reflecting any of the above. My Eligibility and Background are still showing as not started. Is that common?

My Tracker was updated today and Eligibility is now showing In Progress.

I never called to find out my VO. I see Etobicoke in my portal confirmation email. Pasted below

AOR Received : November 2, 2022
Medical and Biometrics both are completed and updated.

Review of eligibility:

Background check:
  • Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Is there any other portal where we can check the details about our application status?
How to know about VO ?
