I think call center are considered as essential, but they won't probably process any applications during this time.

Everything appears to be in order, might have added it to have another look before approval due to my LMIA and stuff.there is no additional notes about the reason? Mine is because criminality is in progress. The analyst cannot verify certain things
I just checked my tracker. Everything shows as Completed.CEC (1 dependent)
ITA: Oct 12 2022, CRS 535
AOR: Nov 4 2022
GU1: Nov 18 2022 (Bio and Med passed)
GU2: Jan 31 2023 (Background Check Completed) - Bio, Med, Background statuses were all Complete on tracker
Feb 21 2023: Eligibility Recommend Passed (as per GCMS notes) - Eligibility status on tracker changed to "In progress" same day
GU3: Apr 15 2023 (My guess is Eligibility passed) - nothing changed on tracker
GU4: Apr 18 2023 (Medical re-passed) - nothing changed on tracker

My background verification on my tracker changed from Not Started to In Progress. Anyone who experienced the same? Does it mean Security is In Progress or Passed?
Shows the same for me.
But I called IRCC today morning before they updated the tracker and the agent said Security is not yet started.
I am guessing, they updated the tracker and when the previous step is completed, the next step automatically changes to "In Progress"? Just a guess though.
Mine is updated to In Progress. I called IRCC and they said everything is passed and a decision is made. Earlier security was pending, so that passed with yesterday's GU

i ordered notes from both CBSA and IRCC and found that CBSA provided more details.
How long did it take for you to get notes from both of them? Can you please share a link to order notes from CBSA? Thanks!
