Eligibility and background check hasn't moved since Jan 4-5, it says they are reviewing.
Was calling them today, but just got to machine which says the same what is written online in my application.

Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever known a cases that they keep your file for months and reject it at the end? Just curious

Hi, please share your timeline.

Mine is as follows:

As of today is in IP2, not sure when started since I am doing it through an agent and I don't have access to see the details.

Have anyone received the PPR?

Any of you guys knows wats the timeline for CEC inland applicant. It is supposed to be shorter than FSW. Some ppl have received PPR in 70 or 80 days as well. I am not sure why some get earlier others are delayed. Any thoughts ?

Usually, 80% of the applications are processed in 6 months time. It is true few of them are process way under 6 months but that depends on various reason, one being the number of applicants on file. But there is no definite reason why the delay happens. I have pals waiting with their AOR in May last year. :)
My sincere advice would be to not lose hope unless you are near your 6 months timeline. If you need any clarity about the progress of your application you can always order GCMS notes. If you ask about me, I got my PPR 4 days before my 6 months were coming to an end. It's just the matter of time. :) Good luck!

I think it also depends which visa office has your file and your background regarding number of employers you had, countries visited, etc etc that's what I could gather from other forums.

Yes I felt a little bit more relieved now I know my application is actually moving. Because on my account it only updated to MEP and processing BG check. The call was a long wait time but was worth it. They say GCM notes take 4 weeks

Do you have any idea how long would that take? I read that it normally takes 1-2 months

Yeah its been 2 weeks already for notes. So 2 more to go. Had called up and they gave a pretty generic answer - background check is in progress. Had raised a CSE inquiry as well which said that everything is in order with the application. So ordered the notes the, lol!
