CEC NOC and FSW NOC

I will get 1 year Canadian experience in one NOC in June, and I also have some foreign experiences in my back home , and just one of those nocs is same as my Canadian NOC . Since I am going to apply for CEC category, and my Canadian NOC is my primary NOC , do I get points only for one of my foreign work experience which has the same NOC as my Canadian or all my foreign experiences will be counted even though their nocs are different "

All are counted as long as they are NOC 0, A or B.

I read on this website, a user has replied to another user in this way " all the work experience with which you claim points should be same as the selected NOC".
That's why I came up to this question. Could you please provide me with a link or any valid document in this regard?

I just called CIC, and the agent said if you want to claim foreign work experience, your application will go under FSW category, and it is not gonna be CEC, even you have 1 year Canadian experience. I am very confused ,could you please assist me?
