Can you please tell me that after I get a job offer form the employer can I directly apply for the EE or do I have to complete one year of full time job before I apply on EE.

you need 1 year Canadian or foreign skilled work experience with skill type o, a or b only in order to qualify.

Hi, i have 6 years experience in teaching computer software, plus i have additional role as Innovation leader who guides the students in software, plans, design curriculum and arrahnge for comoetitions and entry level examinations at a high school in UAE. Can i apply for 4216 instead of 4031 as 4031 is listed in ineligible list of AINP.

If you have Canadian experience with multiple NOCs, you can choose any of those for your primary NOC.
