CEC Met Profile update @ 11 month work experience

Hello

My profile get an update today- CEC Met (April 1. 2023)

Background:

Inland applicant

Created my EE profile on March 24, 2023- FSW met

My 12th month=1560hrs for CEC will be on May 8, 2023 since this is the date when I am on implied status with my PGWP.

Question:

If I get an ITA this month (April 2023), when is the safest date to submit my PR application considering that I have 60 days to accept the ITA?
