CEC Medical and PCC

Hello All

I am visiting India for 25 days. I received my ITA yesterday based on CEC. Please advise can i get my PCC and Medical done from India? Or shall i get these from Canada only when i will be back?

Any leads are much appreciated.

You can get your Medical done in India. I am not sure about the PCC, in my opinion, you should do it in Canada once you are back. It takes two weeks for Central Canadian provinces and can be obtained in a day if you are located near Toronto or Vancouver.

But do you have the IME number if you just got your ITA?

In my ITA they just asked for upfront medical exam. I learned that if it's upfront medical exam we don't need IME no.

You only need you passport number for your medicals to be done. I got my medicals done even before submitting my profile for EE.

What do i need to get my PCC done?

Check BLS website, it should be there in form of a checklist. It is mostly photographs, current address proof, copies of your passport, your passport and a copy of your checklist for some reason.
