I want to know how long i should wait to apply for bridging work permit beacuse my work permit is expiring on 25th june 2015....shall i apply for work permit or wait for passport call and landing fees. Please Please advise !!

Hello... You can apply for BOWP 4 months before the date of expiration of your current work permit..
Apply online for it took me 3 months to wait for the mail application..
I just received my BOWP 2 weeks ago and i applied for it thru mail last nov 2014...

I am a may 2 applicant..
Still no changes for my ECAs still says application received..
Waiting for the PPR..( sigh )

You can apply now. If you get the BOWP and something goes wrong with the application, you would have time to re-apply or examine your other options.

Or, if you're very confident in your application, you could wait until June if you want to avoid wasting money on an unnecessary work permit.

Choice is yours.
