I feel the same. Roller coaster of emotions.

I feel the same. Roller coaster of emotions. At times when I see ppl in similar situation getting PPR, I feel optimistic, but as days pass by and nothing happens on my side, depression, sadness and anxiety take over. Today I feel like this :-(
hang in there buddy! we are all in the same boat and will get it :) I am always optimistic

Guys I received ghost update yesterday on my account with nothing changed.

I called CIC and the agent was useless as usual. She said eligibility still in process, medicals expired. in the end I got lucky to get her twisted with my questions and she told me I passed the criminality but security not started yet so I shouldn't get happy abt this stage. She also said there is a note on your file by officer but she will not tell me since it is for internal purposes and I should order GCMS notes to get the info. I told her I hv already ordered them thrice.
well lets see what's next. almost 9 months now.

Hey, that is in a way good news. At least this means, your file is moving. :) I am not sure if there is fixed timeline but security mostly takes lesser time than criminality, as seen in forum. I'd say hang in there buddy. Your day is not too far now :).

Experts, I've 3 years of Canadian experience from 2013-04 to 2016-04, am I eligible to claim points for my past experience?

Yes

Thanks, however, when I checked my GCMS notes, Case Analyst comments says, "Eligibility - RR, as PA doesn't have 3 years of Canada experience in last 3 years but claiming points for that"

What do you say? Any thoughts??
You need to provide the required documents such as experience letter with the specific job noc category and paystubs for that. Paystubs make it rock solid that you have experience.

I am not completely sure but maybe the key is in “Last 3 years”. If you applied in 2018, last 3 years would be from 2015 on, and you are claiming points from last 5 years (2013). Maybe the experts can help.

Yes, I've uploaded all required documents including Income tax returns (T4) document for all the years I filed/stayed in Canada. I hope, Ottawa will make a positive decision sooner.
