I had to provide biometrics, which I did at the start of June, Does anyone know whether this will delay my application?

Whats about criminality?
if you are asking me, then the agent did not tell anything regarding it. To be honest, the phone call was of no use.

no idea, it should not. everybody else is waiting for an update too

Application submitted: May 18, 2018
AOR: May 18, 2018
Medical Passed: May 29, 2018

Since then, no updates in my account. It's about to complete 4 months. I have a friend that submitted 10 days after me and got the PPR 1 month and 15 days after. CIC is a complete mess.

It is a good time to order GCMS notes that will tell you insight about your application...

You can order it at no charge from here (since you are in Canada): https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

what are GCMS notes? and how much time they take to send it?
approx 30 days by email.

GCMS (Global Case Management System) is Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC’s) system used to process applications for citizenship and immigration, tourist visas, student visas and visas under any other program. The system contains a detailed record of each applicant’s file, including correspondence from and to IRCC, documents received from the applicant, detailed notes from the officers reviewing the file among others. The GCMS notes are the only accurate way of providing an applicant with the in-depth view of his file on the IRCC system, thus enabling the applicant to be well informed of the status, or take pro-active steps as needed.

The GCMS notes are issued under the Access to Information and Privacy Act (ATIP). ATIP is a federal law and Canadian citizens and/or Permanent residents can get access to information from any government department under this law.
