It's becoming really stressful now especially when WP is about to expire in the next couple of months. Elections are over. I hope now they might start to expedite the processing of applications.

Medical - 22nd March - passed
Biometrics - Number updated - not required
Eligibility :- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Background check :- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Visa Office :- Montreal
I called IRCC today and the agent informed that the BG check & Eligibility has not started yet.

Its been 4 months their hasn't been any progress in my file.

I m still getting the same update which states criminality in progress and nothing else started and my medical was passed on March 31. And biometircs on April 4.

I dont know bcz my lawyer handles the file. But i called him today he said no update and thats awful

Has anyone received their GCMS notes recently?
I received mine last week (generated on 14th September) after 32 days. No changes after MEP and BIO update on 29th April.
