Everything you earn from a Quebec company, for taxes, you will pay to Ontario, as your residency address is based in Ontaario, you get Ontario health care, etc. I know many people who live in Ottawa (Ontario) but work in Gatineau (Quebec) and visa versa. It doesn't matter in which province you work, but it does matter in which you LIVE. because your address determines to who you pay taxes, etc.

Oh got it, thanks a ton! Honestly this is a big relief.

I applied for my PR from quebec and hence I kept an "Intention to move outside of quebec" letter and now I have relocated to toronto.
To prove this address change, what documents should I be keeping? At the least? Thanks in Advance !

Since I have been living in Ontario for the entire time I'm in Canada, I'm not super familiar with Quebec. But to prove your ties to Ontario, you can use Ontario driver's license, apartment lease agreement (super important), Ontario health card, even if your SIN has been issued in Ontario it's a big plus. The most important thing is to keep your rental property address outside of Quebec. Because, as I said, your address determine your residency. My friend lives in Gatineau (Quebec) but works for government in Ottawa (Ontario), he's getting paid Ontario salary but his all taxes are paid to Quebec, because he lives there. your case is opposite.

Okay, I got Lease agreement. I am waiting for one more month to convert the quebec driving license to G class of Ontario, so am not changing it now, but my spouse who is a secondary applicant got the ON driving license.

Is there any one received COPR after sending to the PP (last week) to CIC. How long it will take to receive the PP with visa ? Any idea.

just learnt from IRCC that Criminality and Security are part of Background Check. I thought they were part of Eligibility Review

Medical passed
Second medical passed 25th July 2019 because first one got expired
I called CIC they said your application is in process and they told me eligibility says review required
All else in process
I am CEC outland

Any one in similar situation please comment.

Did they request another medical check, or you decided to do it by yourself ?

I was in same situation, Medical expired, IELTS expired, review required. AOR 15 Mar 2019.
I got GCMS Notes and provided additional documents related to employment and clarify everything marked with Review Required in Letter of Explanation.
After that within a week I passed Everything and got a request for Biometrics.
Don't worry try to get GCMS Notes and check why they marked review required.

They extended my medical and got a new medical passed date.

Hey- did you get an email from CIC? I also had a ghost update on July 25th but no email after that, till now.
