Here is my case
Express Entry / CEC / PNP/INLAND

AOR April 1, 2019
MEP May 13, 2019
IP2. May 17 ,2019
Got first Ghost update around same day
I called CIC and they said that Application looking good
Everything passed except Security and final review
VO Sydney, Nova Scotia
Today Got another ghost update application/profile updated, but nothing changed.

No updates until yesterday when I "think" I got a ghost update.
CEC Interview Request - JUNE 19th
Just called CIC, since I had questions about BOWP.
Eligibility - almost done. (I know I had recommended passed from a month ago, so I'm assuming the senior officer will review my file soon)
Security not started, everything else passed.

In my interview letter, it mentions the following;
Right of Permanent Resident Fee Payment;
- The RPRF fee is 490.00 Please note that only Convention refugees do not have to pay this fee.
- We do not accept payment at our office. Please make your payment online at www..
- If you have not already paid the fee, please ensure you do so at least 72 hours prior to interview.
- Please bring your payment receipt to the interview. We will need to confirm your fee payment to finalize your application.
Question - I had already paid my RPRF fee when I submitted my application but I do not have a receipt for it. How or what can I do to show as proof that I have paid this fee and that I do not need to pay this fee again?

Go to your online account. And there should be electronic receipt. Check your messages.
It's called online application transmission, something like that. Once you open it, it should say:
Hello,
You have successfully transmitted your Online Application on 13 March 2019 09:10:30 a.m. EDT.
Your payment receipt number is # xxxxxxxx.
Click on it, it's your receipt.

Congrats！ This skips the PPR section and go directly to COPR
, once you finish the simple interview you are officially permanent resident of Canada@k.sha. Congratulation! Do you know what was your visa office? I have the exact same time line as yours AOR March 24th and MEP 6th May. Just want to know if good news is coming for me as well.....Please reply
