I called IRCC on 9 May and the agent told me that my eligibility is cleared and my background check is in process, she told that "everything looks good and i should check to see if a letter was sent, so far nothing was sent", i felt it to be optimistic in my case.
Nope, single applicant with very little travel history, idk if that helps in the application process in any way.
For me it stayed in IP2 for over a month, but i saw on immitracker that people got it a day or two after going into IP2, i think it depends on case by case.
I see. My friend got a request "provide receipt of RPRF" already even though it been two weeks only and I got nothing? Both applicants are for CEC-Inland. Any idea? His BG is "we are processing" whereas mine says "your application is in process". Both have already passed the medical but didn't notice or knew that there are IP1 and IP2 stuff. Can you tell me where our application is and why he got the request and I didn't?
To be honest, IP1 and IP2 are not much difference now. But IP2 is safer than IP1 meaning CIO thinks ur file should be okay and not needed any additional file. Doesn’t mean anything completed yet. But In terms of waiting that you both have jobs that’s qualified and legal to immigrate. Timeline should be the same. For inland, wordings are less important
