CEC-List of documents

Hi,

I'm planning to send my FSW application (NOC 2172 – Database Administrator ) in few days and I would like to cross check the document list before I send them through courier.

I have no dependents as I am single
I would appreciate if any one can point out any missing document before I send them.

I don't want to miss anything and feel sorry for it later.

My document list are as follows to make it easy I've divided the documents as sets and mailing it as same package

Set 1

1. Document CheckList (IMM 5612 )
2. GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA (IMM 0008) --- Signed with date and bar codes on top.

3. SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/ DECLARATION (IMM 5669) -- Signed with date
4. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - YOUR TRAVEL (IMM 5562 )
5. SCHEDULE 8 ECONOMIC CLASSES CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS (IMM 0008 – Sch. 3) -- Signed with date

6. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION (IMM 5406) -- Signed with date
7. fee Payment form

Set 2

1. PASSPORT new and old with pages of all entry and exit stamps and visas--- COPIES attested by notary
2. IELTS SCORE REPORT - ORIGINAL
3. EMPLOYEER REFERENCE LETTER, salary slip and appointment letter for previous occupation(copy attested by notary) - which includes number of hrs per week and roles, salary) and current employment reference letter, salary slips, appointment letter ( copies attested by notary)
4. ECA report – Original for my Foreign education along with all the copies of my education – copies attested by notary
5. Birth Certificates and national Id ( Copies attested)

6. POLICE CLERANCE CERTIFICATES (INDIA) - ALL ORIGINALS. I have not received one for my UK duration of 7 months. Hope I can send it later when asked. ??

7. PHOTO 6 - 5 photos are signed & Dated at the back and one left blank

8. DD payable to Receiver General of Canada for 550 CAD.

9. SELF ADDRESS MAILING LABELS (2 in number)

10. Copy of proof of funds from bank ( Bank Statement and certificate )



Please let me know if I am missing any document.

You are missing BIRTH CERTIFICATE !!!

You can't miss this document.....Must be in English or translated in English

BIRTH CERTIFICATE On the passport we still have Date of Birth and I didn't find anything regarding the birth certificate in check-list . have you seen it

I am preparing my application. Should I attach my education documents ??? Didn't see in document checklist

Raj nothing mentioned regarding the education document in the check list I feel if you send them that might be additional supporting document. does this make sense

You are a FSW application? if so

Use Schedule 3 Economic class for FSW, Schedule 8 is for canadian experience. here's the link

Don't send this coz your Employment Reference Letter should cover everything.


7. PAY STUBS TILL DATE --- Pay stubs comes in mail so I kept printouts
Only send few may be 6 months

You forgot Birth Certificate which is mandatory otherwise you will receive your application back. Good luck

Yes you are right I need to include birth certificate I will add copies of it .. I think copy is sufficient right?.

Do not send any documents related to your education for CEC. It is only mandatory for FSW classes. Otherwise you can expect delays in your application processing.

only copy of Birth Certificate. You need to send originals only for CELPIP and PCC.
