My call got connected on Thursday after several attempts.
Here's some tips:
1. Make sure you know the drill and see how long is it taking for you to get to the automated response. For me it took under 6 minutes.
2. Adjust that time with opening time. For me it was 8am EST, Calling them after 7.50 am would suffice to connect the call.
3. Once connected, you'll be asked to wait with a wait time. I was told 36 minutes, but my call got connected under 20 minutes.

And if you don't know the drill:

4- transfer to citizenship and imm can processing application *press 1*
5- status or processing times *press 1*
6- become permanent resident *press 2*
7- application starts with E *press 2*
8- then enter *application number* followed by #
9- listen to the entered number and *press 1* to confirm
10- enter the *year of birth* and then listen the entered number and *press 1* to confirm
11- hear the details
12- then *press 1* to check status (there will be a pause)
13- hear detailed status at the end *press 0* to speak to agent
General questions to ask:
1. What is my Visa Office?
2. Is Eligibility Passed? When?
3. Is Criminality Passed? When?
4. What is the status of Background Check?

Nothing Yet, I’ve been waiting since 25 July. BIO/ MED Passed 15 Oct.
September and November AOR are getting their Confirmation Portal Email, Which doesn’t even make sense. They even stopped issuing new ITA since December 2022
I was able to login in the morning after multiple attempts. I tried with deleting the history and cache.
Finally able to login now, they want my education transcript and lease (I used to live in Quebec)
