Hi all. Am trying to send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca regarding a query but am getting a delivery failed message. Did anyone experience the same? Can someone please help how can I reach them? Below is the message am seeing

How do you know if there's a "ghost update"? Is it an email? I have not received any email. My profile says

You know that there is a ghost update when you log in your account and see the message "Application/profile updated" instead of "Submitted" in the Current Status column
Sadly, twice in my dreams, none in real life.
Dont worry, im a late june applicant. Im pretty sure my application is just collecting dust since october.
Just checked the tracker and looks like a July applicant with CEC got their portal confirmation today.
