Congratulations to those who are receiving the Portal emails, when you post the timelines, please also mention the stream (PNP, FSW, CEC) that you applied. Though this particular thread is for CEC only we are seeing FSW/PNP timelines and PPRs.

I called IRCC and asked for an update. The agent said criminality and security passed (along with medicals). Is this the same thing as background check?

I called IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100)
I followed the steps and then pressed "0" after hearing the status of my application with the automated voice. I had to call many times, as usually they say "Sorry, all our agents are busy.."
Received portal email today
