Congradulations.... my AOR is 29th July and MEP is 5th Sep... my BG is processing from the beginning... what was those 2 updates before portal req? i need to look for that

got 2 updates but no change.

Yeah, but no PPR is issued as we all are inland….we got an approval email for dependents, but not for me yet. I even checked with my company attorney if they got it by mistake, but they have not even received anything…..I replied again today from my spouse email address giving all the details, but no portal credential email today….not sure what is happening

Oops, I thought your case is inland & outland combo ... it should be coming anytime for u too.

I got a ghost update today. My background changed from “your application is in progress “ to “we are processing your background check.”

I don’t know actually . I haven’t been obsessively checking my application until very recently when people who’d applied after me started getting their PR approvals.

biometric-- we do not need bio
anybody have any idea wht is the next step?

Guys,

Does anyone know what happens if I leave Canada after my portal email?

Since there are delays between the first portal email to eCOPR. What would happen if someone is in Canada when the portal email arrived, but had to leave Canada later on. Is the eCOPR valid ?

Since there are delays between the first portal email to eCOPR. What would happen if someone is in Canada when the portal email arrived, but had to leave Canada later on. Is the eCOPR valid ?

1) If you leave Canada after the portal mail but without eCOPR, you will have to inform IRCC about your return and till that time your file will go on hold.
2) If you leave Canada after the portal mail but with eCOPR, you will have to get a PRTD to return back to Canada.

If you have to leave Canada for some urgent work at least try to take the eCOPR with you.

How do you know your VO?
