Did you ordered GCMS Notes to understand the stage by stage details about the reason for decline?
so, did you re-apply immediately after getting rejected?
Dont we a time period for our 2nd application to re-apply?
Once your application is approved, you will get an email from IRCC (its called the portal email)
You have to reply to this email with the email address you want to use for confirming your permanent resident status.
Once you send this info, IRCC will create login details for you for the new PR portal. You use these details to log into the PR portal and upload your photo and confirm that you are in Canada.
Once they approve your photo and address, they will send the PR card to your address.

I did not send them any explanation and instead immediately opened a new application file and I got selected in one day. I opened the second file in few hours after rejection and of course after crying. Lol
I did not try any things after rejection and the same day I opened a new file.
Yes, keep the documents ready so when you receive portal email, you can reply them immediately.

Got credentials on the 20th
Got eCOPR today

Finally the application status is updated on cic website.
Eligibility passed: 22nd October 2021
Background check: 15th October 2021
Final decision: 22nd October 2021 (approved)
Documents status: COPR with document number updated on our profile.
But we haven't received ecopr or pr card yet. It's showing under ircc review on Portal.
