yes because you were in R10 completeness check when they reject m not sure may be you missed an important document.
But I did not get any update after submitting my application for 3 months and I got refusal directly 3 months after submitting it.

your file was rejected in R10 completness state because of incomplete or missing document this time you give all the document thatswhy you passed R10 stage thats why your profile is updated like medical passed and now its under process what i am assuming

yes R10 is done first means checking of completness of file means all the required document should be there if there is missing document and applicant did not provide explanation file is returned before starting of process its the first step after Aor
not for missing document but they can ask you for additional document if they need they can reject if the visa officer is not satisfied like not meeting elugibilty requirements but for completness check stage you already passed which was the reason last time in your file incomplete this time they alreadt start processing your file
